If you have already made a booking but did not receive the confirmation email, you may send an email to info@app.entry.gov.sg with "Resend" in the subject line. The email body can be left blank.

Alternatively, please submit your retrieval/cancellation request via go.gov.sg/qm26request. We will forward you the link to check/edit your booking details. 

You can then use the link in the confirmation email to make changes to particulars, vehicle details or to change your appointment slot.
